Seasonal Closure For the Summer –

We’ll Be Back in August!

Welcome

Welcome

Close your eyes and imagine you just embarked on an around-the-world cruise. The wind is blowing in your hair, you can smell the salt in the air, sea gulls are trailing in the ship’s wake and dinner is about to be served. Except you are not on a cruise. You have arrived at Grand Blue.

Grand Blue is a fresh seafood market and high-energy bistro offering a progressive list of small plates, an inter-oceanic raw bar with sushi from Japan, poke from the Pacific Islands, ceviches from the Americas, tartars and crudos from Latin Europe and the Levant and smoked and brined seafood from Northern Europe.

Of course what you find to eat one day at Grand Blue is ever-changing based on availability, seasonality and, whenever possible, sustainability. We are committed to being responsible stewards of the environment and active supporters of our community.

Please join us on a culinary adventure like no other.

GONE FISHIN’

Seasonal Closure – We’ll Be Back in August

In the same way Pita Jungle introduced Valley diners to quality health food served in a comfortable and approachable environment back in 1994, Osmani hopes Grand Blue will show local diners that good seafood doesn't have to come with a high cost.
